We all like going home. And I hope we all will find our way there. ET gave us hope. To maybe a more friendly place out there then other movies did. In a way ET gave us hope that there a better place out there then on earth. The movie let us know people aren't all bad as long as they keep the kid alive inside of you. I think ET was more then jest a silly movie. There was hidden meaning in everything. The light or glow end of ET's finger was a focal point and the way he pointed up. I think it was a good message they placed in our mind. To stay focused on the light and it will point the way home. Maybe I read too much into things ? Maybe people don't read enough ? If you have hope you can find it everywhere. I think this world is a great big tapestry and so is time. We have a hard time seeing it because we look at it only from our point of view and our point in time. If we move to a different place in the world our focus is there and we loss some of the focus we have now. The same thing with time. We mainly focus on the here and now. That which we were focused on in the pass we become less focused on as time goes on. Even having a hard time remembering some things we had great focus at the time on. We can't life the pass and future of others. We take what we can in and most of that we can't remember. We can not see the big tapestry of life, only a small part of our own. Though this is so, the whole tapestry of space and time effects our life. Each person is effected by all. The real key is to find your way home. I didn't start out to make a comment this so long, but I was effected by the moment and that was where my focus was. Now I'll move on and my focus will be less where. Yes ET might have been a big part of my tapestry then I knew. Thank you for sharing this image with us Melanie and I hope I lift you a little food for thought.
